May 2016 First Steps & Next Steps Run Clinics


First Steps Clinic will begin TUESDAY MAY 11, 2016 AT 6:30 P.M.

6 WEEKS; Learn the basics of running in an encouraging and positive environment. We cover a topics such as;pacing, footing, apparel, nutrition and motivation each week. Varied and fun run workouts are designed for the needs of the individuals participating. 





Next Steps Clinic will begin WEDNESDAY MAY 11, 2016 AT 6:30 P.M.

8 WEEKS; This clinic will prepare you for going the 10k distance. Clinic will incorporate speed intervals, agility exercises and core workouts. Two guest speakers will speak on nutrition and inspiration. The goal of this clinic is to encourage participants to push themselves towards new challenges and goals in their running.
