Does It Fit?

Shoes

The perfect fit should comfortable right away, with no need for a break-in period. The fit should be comfortably snug through the heel and arch and spacious in the toe. More toe space is needed for long distances, as the feet will swell with more time on your feet.

The distance that a shoe lasts can be affected by the surfaces you're on, the frequency of wear, your individual body and the type of shoe. Typically a more lightweight shoe or one with a greater percentage of foam in the base will wear more quickly.

Bras

The band should sit flat and level. The straps should have enough stretch to fit two fingers between the strap and your shoulder. The cups should have no creases or spill-over.

Bras wear out from use, time and washings. Bras for high-impact activities should be replaced every 6-12 months.
